Take break Keep away stress, anxiety and depression



 You should try to take break or rest in working hours. It does not mean to stick with TV or enter into laptop. You should set some time aside and make it special. You should talk to yourself, give a vacation or “staycation”, change of scenery by arranging picnic and barbeque in backyard .You can pass time with kids to make building or castle in front yard or living room. Creating gap to relax and reconnect with yourselves leaves you better equipped to deal with more challenging periods.

Remember present life speed is fast where someone’s have to perform so many tasks and to get goal in normal speed is frowned upon. If you want enjoyment in life just need to slow down, relax, taste and enjoy completely which will disappear one day.

The problem in Indian culture is speed and desire for instant gratification ingrained habits in it. Everyone wants things hurriedly from fast food, to high-speed Internet, and on-demand everything, we don’t want to have to wait for things. You should not exaggerate the issue of living your fast-paced lives, but the lines between personal-life and work-life clarity should be created. The connected society is now at work around-the-clock, with constant interaction through social media, text, and email that have only been exasperated by the rise of the machines that are dominating every bodies lives: smart phone, tablets, smart watches, and soon enough, augmented reality devices.

You like to keep your sanity learn how to slow down and get enjoyment in life. You have to savor fleeting glimpses. You should always enjoy smell of roses not to stop.

Remember have you just stopped and enjoyed present moment without think of reflection of past or future? You can simply slow down, enjoy your life, and learn to take pleasure in the simple things that matter when everything else is stripped away.

You keep in mind life passes very quickly you grow up, finished education, married and have children. You see children also pass same cycle. You try to rush and try to complete the entire thing in hurry and get things accomplished.

If you want to achieve all goals and succeed and come out from rate race keep yourself to relax and start again and always remember to be happy in present

Some of the breathing exercise, Inhale(Puraka)-Retention(Antar Kumhaka)-Exhale(Rechaka)-Retention(Bahya Kumbhaka) cycle maintain and become silence and improve meditation, become thoughtless and get peace of mind.Retension may be increased as per Yoga teacher’s advise and you can enjoy better experience of silence and meditation. This is called Kumbhaka Pranayam; interested practiosner may refer astang yoga, pranayam or breathing exercises.

Kumbhaka Pranayam cycle explain in following graph. Retention should be followed as per yoga teacher’s advice or meditation preacher strictly.

Some of yoga expert suggest about a number of breathing exercises you could do. One called the 4-7-8 (Purak inhalation, Antara Kumbhaka or retention, Rechaka or exhalation) is used to enhance relaxation and eliminate stress. Inhale for 4 seconds through the nose, hold that breathe for 7 seconds, and then exhale for 8 seconds. Repeat this exercise until you feel relaxed.
